The New Residence Hotel
"And I am a writer, writer of fictions, I am the heart that you call home"
Ladies and gentleman, I'd like to welcome you all back to your respective colleges with this small bit of advice: Always pick the bed that doesn't creek like a mother fucker everytime you move a centimeter. Yes, we have all returned to the life of college students after a summer of work and play, we now get to...work...and...play in college. Ok, so not much has really changed when you think about it, just the environment. This year I consider myself pretty lucky with my rooming situation. I have a large room with AC, a bathroom and a freshly constructed futon at my disposal. I also have good ol johnny boy back as my roomate, which is working out as well as it did last year already. I am also surrounded by friends on my floor, which is always nice to have. I am only signed up for three classes but I hope to change that eventually when people start dropping some classes, mainly freshman who were retarted and signed up for the wrong class. I want to take a PR or English course because honestly spanish will want to make me die and I need a balancing class or two that makes me sane. I have already had a great class, The Theories of Persuasion, which will teach me the finer points of getting people to agree with me and resisting people who try to change my views. This should be fun.
